Premium Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested in the cool of the night and immediately pressed on arrival to the winery. A neutral yeast was used for fermentation to retain the primary fruit characters. Left on lees for short duration before filtration and bottling, no oak was used.

Pale lime core to rim. Medium intensity of lemon and lime citrus fruits with faint tropical notes. Dry, lemon zest and lime citrus fruits upfront with light savoury complexity to the finish.
