A sweet style of wine, crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc, ferment arrested early to retain natural sugars and bottled early with no oak treatment.
Pale straw colour with a pronounced intensity of succulent stone fruit aromas. Early medium sweetness of ripe peaches with a soft, natural acidity and an attractive mineral edge to finish on a drier note. A wine well suited to Asian cuisine.
