A classic white blend of Sauvignon Blanc grown in the sandy Hithergreen plains and Semillon grown in the loamy Ferguson Valley slopes harvested after a dry summer and culminating in a very aromatic wine rich in white fruit flavours.

Intense citrus, pear and tropical fruits on the nose. Off-dry, light to medium bodied, natural acidity, ripe white fruit flavours flow from the start with a dry pineapple finish.
