2022 Black Label Chardonnay

WINE

Premium Margaret River Chardonnay from two vineyards.

The fruit was hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, wild fermented, lees stirred and matured in a selection of new and seasoned French oak barrels for 9 months.

Pale lime core to rim. Ripened white fruits of pear and apple with subtle toast and butter complexities. Dry, balanced acid, pear and apple characters of the nose flow though to the palate. Shows finesse to the finish.
